How I Work

A calm and steady approach to your operational delivery

You’re running fast with a lean team, and the operational side of things is starting to cost you. When you bring me in, you get a calm, structured presence that fits around your existing setup. This means getting clear on what actually needs to happen and in what order, making sure the right people know what they’re responsible for, and keeping things moving without you having to chase everything yourself.I’m used to working independently across complex, remote, and international environments, bringing a structured approach shaped by years of managing programmes, budgets, and stakeholders under real-world constraints. For executives and founders who need a trusted right hand - someone who thinks ahead, manages the detail, and keeps everything moving - I also offer strategic executive support alongside my operations consulting work. The support fits around how you or your team already operates. If this sounds like what you’re missing, I’d love to hear from you.As a native English speaker with a Joint Honours degree in English/French and a Masters in Journalism, I work primarily in English with solid comprehension of French and German.

WHAT I HELP WITH

I help founders, growing businesses, and mission-driven organisations regain clarity and momentum when operational complexity starts to slow things down - translating strategic goals into clear plans, bringing structure to priorities and workflows, and improving coordination across teams, partners, and stakeholders.I focus on strengthening delivery without adding unnecessary processes. Think of me as a steady operational counterpart: someone who helps you think things through, sense-check decisions, and turn intent into action. My work is particularly valuable during periods of growth, change, or transition, when delivery matters most but internal capacity is at its limit. That might look like a to-do list that's full but directionless, projects that keep stalling for no obvious reason, a team that's busy but not well coordinated, or simply a sense that the things that used to work are starting to break down.If you need someone to hold the operational thread while you focus on the business, that's where I come in.Engagements are typically part-time and ongoing, evolving with your organisation's needs rather than as a short, one-off intervention. It's this continuity that usually makes the difference.

A recent example

When the Swiss Malaria Group needed to coordinate its 10th World Malaria Day campaign across seven Swiss cities, I came in as Project/Communications Manager to make it happen. That meant bringing together 13 member organisations, aligning their local campaigns to a single national strategy, and managing all external communications, content production, and event coordination while keeping stakeholders across multiple cantons informed and on track. The campaign ran on budget, on time, across all seven cities, with consistent messaging. This is the kind of work I do: complex, multi-stakeholder, deadline-driven, delivered calmly and without drama.

WORKING TOGETHER

Once I understand what you’re dealing with, I’ll suggest the arrangement that makes the most sense - whether that's light-touch operational support, full project coordination, or working closely alongside you as a strategic executive partner. All packages are remote, part-time, and ongoing. Minimum commitment of three months, with 30 days’ notice to end.

ESSENTIALS — CHF 850 / month
~10 hours per month

For founders who need a steady hand in the background. I’ll keep things coordinated, communications clear, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Good if you need: task and project coordination, stakeholder communications, document and content support, and weekly progress summary.

CORE — CHF 1,700 / month
~20 hours per month

For teams where delivery is starting to feel stretched. Full operational support so you can focus on the work that actually needs you.Good if you need: full project management, communications and content production, workflow and process improvement, stakeholder reporting, and bi-weekly strategy call.

STRATEGIC PARTNER — CHF 2,975 / month
~35 hours per month

For organisations going through growth or transition who need someone thinking alongside them, not just executing. The closest thing to having a Chief of Staff or COO - without the full-time commitment.Good if you need: end-to-end operations management, strategic planning support, team coordination, budget tracking, business development support, weekly calls and ad hoc availability.
